After thirty days, the landlord is required by RCW 59.18.410(2) to allow you to pay the rent up to five court days after a judgement in an eviction proceeding, but you may be subject to a late fee, if a late fee is required in the rental agreement and any court costs incurred at the time of payment. Attorneys' fees may also be requested by the landlord and may be awarded to the landlord by a judge."
